Welcome to Wailes Detail! Before booking our mobile automotive detailing services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions. Your use of our services implies your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.

1. Services

1.1. Wailes Detail provides mobile automotive detailing services encompassing interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and related services.

1.2. Services will be carried out at the location specified by the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the location is suitable and accessible for all detailing services being provided.

1.3. No external materials such as dog blankets/ seat covers or any material unoriginal to the car will be cleaned- unless asked beforehand.

1.4. All service time windows are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing services, depending on size, condition, or other related factors.

1.5. Wailes Detail reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. To book our services, customers must furnish accurate and complete information, including vehicle details and desired services. All services booked require an address, phone number, package, and vehicle condition verification.

2.2. Prices for services are listed on our website or as communicated by our representatives. Prices may vary based on the size and condition of the vehicle.

2.3. Payment is due at the time of service completion. Wailes Detail accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards. Other specified payment methods may be used only if previously discussed and approved during initial scheduling communications.

3.4. Failure to disclose at the time of booking (via online / over the phone) any conditional issues that involve the following; heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redo’s or any additional work will be performed outside of the original detailing service.

3.5. A surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials. Customers will be notified of such charges upon discovery of mentioned conditions.

3.6. For services provided to third-party vendors, groups, or other companies (non-individuals), by agreeing to receive services with Wailes Detail, you agree to settle all invoices within 30 days of receipt. Any overdue or unpaid balances will be subject to a late payment fee of $25 after the due date has passed. In addition, unpaid balances over $1000 will be subject to 3% interest per month, charged daily until the balance is paid

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice of appointment date and time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. This includes appointments made through any applications, phone calls, or through text and email messaging.

3.2. Wailes Detail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, previous appointments, or equipment failure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer promptly in such cases.

In the event of unforeseen circumstance and a rescheduling or cancelation of services from Wailes Detail is required, Wailes Detail will notify any and all effected customers as soon as possible or within one hour of service scheduled time, whichever comes first.

All Wailes Detail services are backed by a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. The customer is obligated to do a thorough check of their vehicle, inside / outside directly after their service is completed, while a Wailes Detail technician is on site. If no verbal notification to technician of customer dissatisfaction is made during this time, then under no circumstances is Wailes Detail responsible or obligated to return payment for services or return to recomplete job requested.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle and its condition.

4.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is easily accessible at the scheduled service time and that the location complies with local laws and regulations.

4.3. Customers are asked to remove all personal belongings, including money, and other significant items of value from their vehicle prior to any type of detail. Wailes Detail is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

4.3.1. Personal items that customers should remove before their schedule service may include but are not limited to: money (cash and coins of any denomination, gift cards, gift certificates), clothing, shoes, purses, backpacks, grocery bags, gyms bags, strollers, building materials, children’s toys, gifts, jewelry, makeup, medical equipment, cleaning supplies, food items, water bottles, phones, laptops, other electronic devices.

4.4. ​Customers are asked to please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items of value from their vehicle prior to any type of detail.

4.5. Wailes Detail does not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

4.6. Customers are not permitted to record any video or audio recordings of technicians, services, or other related activities without the expressed consent of Wailes Detail.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

5.1. At Wailes Detail we strive to deliver high-quality detailing services and quality customer support. If the customer is dissatisfied with a service provided, it is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to contact a Wailes Detail associate or representative within 24 hours of their service.

5.2. If customer makes all issues regarding their service known within 24 hours of service, Wailes Detail will make reasonable efforts to address and mitigate any concerns brought forward. This may include a Wailes Detail technician returning to the property for mitigation of issues, up to an entire repeat of services to the customers satisfaction.

5.3. Repeat of services for customer satisfaction will occur only if all other requirements are met by both customer and detailer. Service fees may be waived in the event of reservice, but charges for materials and other cleaning products may apply.

6. Liability

6.1. Wailes Detail is not liable for any damage to the vehicle that is pre-existing or becomes apparent during the detailing process. Please note, all services are performed at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing services.

6.2. The customer must inform the detailing team of any pre-existing damage or special instructions before the service begins.

6.3. Wailes Detail does not take any responsibility for any damage done before, and/ or after any services provided. These damages may include but are not limited to the vehicle interior, exterior, surrounding pavement, immediate environment of vehicle, or any other areas associated with the services provided.

6.4. The customer is obligated to perform a thorough check of the inside and outside of their vehicle before and after their service. If no implication of any damage is made during this time, then under no circumstances is Wailes Detail at fault for said damages.

7. Communication

7.1. Wailes Detail reserves the right to send a text to the customers number provided up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time to confirm services and appointment scheduling.

7.2. Wailes Detail resesrves the right to text customers before and after their detailing service, in regards to the detailing service provided.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Wailes Detail reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
