Contact usDo I need to empty my car before you arrive?
Please remove all personal items, trash, electronics, and valuables before we arrive. We vacuum and clean every surface, pocket, and compartment, so anything left behind will get moved around or could get damaged during the cleaning process. Clearing the car out ahead of time also saves time so we can focus entirely on the actual work.
Can you remove all stains from my seats?
We can remove most stains but not every single one. Set-in dye transfers from clothing, bleach spots, cigarette burns, and deeply aged stains may be permanent depending on how long they have been in the material. We will inspect your interior before we start and tell you honestly what we can and cannot fix so there are no surprises.
Will the smell come back after an ozone treatment?
If the source of the smell is gone, ozone kills the odor for good at the molecular level. However, if you keep smoking in the car or the pet accident keeps happening, the smell will come back over time. Ozone removes the existing odor completely but it cannot prevent new odors from being created later on by the same habits.
How do I know which package is right?
Every car is different so we help you figure it out. When you book, tell us the make and model, how dirty it is, and what bothers you most about it. We will give you an honest recommendation for the package that makes the most sense. We will never upsell you on something your car does not actually need.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We stand behind every service we do. If you are not happy with the results, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and fix it at no charge. We do not consider the job done until you are satisfied with how your vehicle looks. Our 5-star Google rating reflects how seriously we take that promise.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website or call or text us at (425) 587-8753. Pick your service, choose a date and time that works for you, and we will confirm everything before we come out. Booking online takes about two minutes and you will get a confirmation text and email right away so everything is set.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also take Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. A deposit is required to hold your appointment date and time. The remaining balance is collected after the service is complete and you are happy with the results.
