Each visit includes an exterior hand wash, wheels and tires cleaned and dressed, all glass cleaned inside and out, and a quick interior vacuum and surface wipe-down. It is a keep-up wash designed to protect your investment between full details, not a replacement for a deep cleaning. Think of it as routine upkeep that keeps your car looking good year-round.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts and no cancellation fees. You pay per visit or prepay for a package of washes at a discounted rate. You can skip a visit, reschedule, or cancel anytime with 36 hours notice. We believe maintenance should be flexible and work around your schedule, not lock you into something. You stay because you like the results, not because you have to.
How long does a maintenance wash take?
A maintenance detail takes about 1hr minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of the vehicle. We can do it while you are at work or at home. Since it is a keep-up wash and not a full detail, it is quick and easy to fit into your schedule on a regular basis without disrupting your day.
What is the benefit of a ceramic coating over a traditional wax?
Wax sits on top of the paint and wears off in a few months. A ceramic coating bonds to the paint at a molecular level and forms a hard, glass-like shell that lasts for years. It repels water, resists dirt and UV damage, and makes washing much easier. The upfront cost is higher but the long-term protection is in a different league.
What training and experience do you have?
Wailes Detail is owner-operated by Jacob Wailes, who has personally detailed hundreds of vehicles across the Puget Sound region. We use professional-grade products from Hyperclean and are trained in modern paint correction, ceramic coating application, and safe wash techniques. We are a 5-star rated business on Google
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website or call or text us at (425) 587-8753. Pick your service, choose a date and time that works for you, and we will confirm everything before we come out. Booking online takes about two minutes and you will get a confirmation text and email right away so everything is set.
Do I need to be present during the service?
No, you do not need to be present during the detail. We just need access to the vehicle and the keys. Many of our clients are at work or relaxing inside their house while we work on their car. We will text you when we are finished and send before and after photos so you can see the results without being there.
